About
Parvind Singh earned his PhD from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, where his research focused on unconventional T cells (iNKT, γδ, and MAIT cells) in both healthy individuals and patients with atopic dermatitis. Before pursuing his doctoral studies, he worked for several years in a histocompatibility laboratory in India, specializing in assay development, validation, and testing of clinical samples for organ transplantation. Currently, in Dr. Reed’s lab, he is investigating signal transduction pathways in human aortic endothelial cells stimulated with HLA class I and HLA class II antibodies, in collaboration with Dr. Rozengurt’s laboratory. His research aims to advance the understanding of antibody-mediated vascular injury and its implications in transplant immunology.
