About
My research is focused on investigating the role of the R2TP complex in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Although I was formally registered at Jaipur National University, I conducted my entire research work in the Department of Biochemistry at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), where I gained hands-on experience in cancer biology and molecular signaling pathways.
Currently, as a postdoctoral scholar, I am working on a project that investigates the role of YAP/TEAD signaling in endothelial cell (EC) proliferation and migration in response to HLA donor-specific antibodies (DSAs). This research further explores the inhibitory effects of statins on this pathway. The study is designed to determine how HLA class II antibody stimulation regulates YAP in human ECs, elucidate the mechanism by which statins inhibit YAP function as well as EC proliferation and migration following HLA II engagement, and assess the impact of statins on YAP activity and chronic antibody-mediated rejection (cAMR) in a heart allograft model.
