Fang Li, a project scientist in the Reed Lab, was presented with the ASHI Scholar Award this past weekend at the annual meeting of the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI). This award recognizes the presenters of the best submitted abstracts for their contributions to the field. Fang gave an oral presentation titled “Ligation of HLA class II molecules promotes endothelial cell permeability through class II-induced signaling”. Her reserach was well-received by conference attendees. Congratulations, Fang!
